Discover how to get rid of pimples on the forehead.

Pimples on the forehead are not very pretty and they can be the source of a skin infection. Truc Mania gives you some tips to soothe your skin and get rid of those unsightly little intruders.

1. PRIORITIZE MILD SOAPS

To avoid acne and pimples on the forehead, cleanse your skin with gentle products that do not contain preservatives or artificial fragrances. Prefer Marseille soap or Aleppo soap to others which contain many allergenic and harmful components for your skin.How to get rid of pimples on the foreheadHow to get rid of pimples on the forehead

Rinsing the face, as well as drying it, are as important steps as washing. Get into the habit of cleaning your skin slowly, to transform this privileged moment into a moment of relaxation.

The more you take care of your complexion daily, the less the pimples will have the possibility of settling there.

2. TRY ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential oils are very often used to sublimate the skin, smooth it out or moisturize it. To fade pimples on the forehead and make them gradually disappear, you can use the following essential oils:

Rosemary oil: it has virtues to sublimate the beauty of the skin and hair.

Lavender oil: applied externally, it can soothe burns, insect bites, or acne pimples.

Thyme oil: thanks to its anti-infectious properties, it helps to fight against pimples on the forehead.

Bergamot oil: its purifying action helps get rid of impurities and soothe itching.

Oil of oregano: it has the virtue of effectively fighting against infections in general, and those of the skin by extension.

Mint oil: it is excellent for accelerating the skin healing of pimples on the forehead.

Tea tree oil: its sanitizing and purifying effect places it in the first position in the treatment of abscesses, mycosis, or acne.

Be careful not to use pure essential oils, you must dilute them in a carrier oil of your choice (olive, coconut, or jojoba oil). Then apply using a cotton swab on the area to be treated, then let dry or rinse if your skin is very sensitive.

3. MAKE A MASK

The egg white mask is an excellent firming and toning which allows the pores of the skin to tighten. Here is the recipe from Truc Mania to make your homemade egg white mask and enhance your complexion daily.

Here are the ingredients to prepare:

•3 egg whites;

•1 teaspoon of lemon juice;

•1 teaspoon of organic honey.

Mix the ingredients until you get a white foam that forms a peak when you lift the whisk.

Start by washing your face thoroughly and drying it with a soft towel. Apply the homemade mask avoiding the eye area, lips, and nostrils. Leave on for a quarter of an hour then cleanse the skin with lukewarm water.

Gently dry your face, then apply moisturizer or rose water to finish the treatment.

4. APPLY SALICYLIC ACID

These cosmetic products are available over the counter and contain between 0.5 and 5% acid. You can find them in cleaners sold in supermarkets, or ask your pharmacist for advice.

These lotions are quite effective in removing acne pimples, but they can irritate the skin, and even burn it. You must therefore proceed with delicacy by doing a test, then waiting at least 3 days before repeating the experience. Read the instructions carefully and do not hesitate to seek advice from a specialist or your general practitioner.

5. USE BENZOYL PEROXIDE

Benzoyl peroxide is a compound prescribed by doctors or recommended by pharmacists to eliminate bacteria that develop in the epidermis. They can be the cause of acne pimples, so you can use benzoyl peroxide in addition to a thorough daily skin wash.

Be careful, benzoyl peroxide should be used with caution, as it can attack sensitive skin. Be sure to read the instructions on the leaflet carefully.

6. TREAT YOURSELF TO A FACIAL SAUNA

It is a natural method to open the pores of your skin and free it from daily impurities. The particularity of this treatment is to be free and effective, so why deprive yourself of it?

Boil some water and pour it into a bowl or a salad bowl that you will place in front of you on the table. Put a towel over your head and lean over the container, being careful not to burn yourself. If you wish, you can add a few drops of essential oil, including those mentioned above.
